He provided several options to test drive and even worked to get me the price I wanted! He was knowledgeable about the quality and specs of the vehicles he showed me. Solid service Extremely impressed with the service that I received today from Todd, Evan and the mechanic that looked at my car. I went into Volkswagen today with a Extremely impressed with the service that I received today from Todd, Evan and the mechanic that looked at my car. I went into Volkswagen today with a fear that my 2017 Jetta TSI had an oil leak. I rolled in right off the street and without an appointment. I met Todd at the service desk, he was extremely understanding and accommodating, it was impressive. They took my vehicle in almost immediately and had it evaluated for oil leakage. Unfortunately, it did but it wasn't as serious as I thought. Evan, Todd and the mechanic showed me the issue, explained to be in car layman terms what the problems could be and the solutions. Within about 30mins the car was serviced, inspected and returned to me with a smile, a handshake. When I went to take car of the bill, they said it's taken care of have a great trip. Absolutely unparalleled services, I honestly couldn't ask for better. A Volkswagen customer for life! More
