And they do not deal with it on the phone they don’t call back. Over all a horrible experience and would not recommend this dealership to anyone unless you buy the vehicle outright More

I arrive at the dealership to look for a new vehicle. I test drive a truck, didn't like it so I test drive a car. Love it. I decide to go for the car. The window price 41,399.00 and this is where things get fishy. The dealer takes 5 thousand dollars off bringing my total to 36,999.00 but they can't even come close to my true trade in values. But they convince me I'm getting the deal of a lifetime so I go for it... I'm obviously a complete idiot. I find out the following day that the actual retail price at other dealers is 34,999.00 a whole 2000.00 less then what they convinced me was the deal of a life time. So I go back to the dealer and confront them about the discrepancy and am given the old we have to make money, we gave you great money for your trades and so on, even though little did they know they actually gave me less than other dealers had offered me, but like I said above I thought i was getting 5000.00 off the cost of the car. (Smoke and Mirrors) The finance manager then makes me a deal on rims for the new car extra to me loan. has me convinced that the most they can give me for my brand new takeoffs is 600.00 then I find out that the actual deal I got was retail. lol... I'm so fed up. I guess I should have known better. If I can say one thing it's look on google at Vancouver locations prior to purchasing from Chilliwack Volkswagen. If I had I would have saved 2000.00 or more. In the end I left feeling like I'm the idiot. I wanted to support a local business. It won't happen again. More
