Great young salesman & dynamite vehicle! I'd had my feelers out for a newer Rav4 when my daughter came across this dealership. She emailed the salesman who answered immediately. She told him she was looking for a vehicle for her Mom and what I was interested in. Not only was this young man polite, knowledgeable and well spoken, he went the extra mile to send out a video of the vehicle with all the answers to our questions. When we arrived on Sunday, Gordon Russell (our salesman) had most everything completed, meet us as we drove up and took us on the test drive immediately. He had ensured that the ICBC insurance agent was there as we had driven an hour and 1/2 and had the drive back. Needless to say the vehicle is now sitting in my driveway and I'm a very, very happy customer. I would highly recommend this dealership. All the staff are great as well. Beverley Handren More
