(Freshly washed and vacuumed with a full tank of fuel, of course!) We were there for hours, but never felt uncomfortable, hurried, worried or like we were under foot. From the start everyone was extremely friendly and that never stopped. Ryan helped us out with our vehicle choice making sure we were getting the right vehicle for what we wanted. Before the test drive Ryan went over the vehicles many quality of life improvements, designs, and safety features. He definitely knows his stuff. We went for a test drive on a route that would show us the road features that the Tiguan has. Ryan went through the different driving settings and how they would change the feel and steering of the vehicle. At no point was Ryan pushy, he did the odd pitch but we never felt pressured which made the overall experience even better. After negotiating and taking a few days to think about it, we are extremely happy that we dealt with Ryan. We would definitely recommend going to him for your next vehicle. More
