The service department is a whole different story. My car was brought in three different scheduled days - two solid 8 hour work days my car was not moved or worked on at all. I scheduled ANOTHER appt brought it in a third time and it took a day and half leaving us with a loaner vehicle and we had to cancel a trip we had planned in order to go swap the loaner vehicle for our vehicle and two of the three services it was booked for were STILL not complete. They sold us a filthy car which is all good, a detail was one of the services they were going to complete yet it wasn’t done at all. I guess I am now left cleaning my new vehicle. More
