The agent I have worked with has been very good. The problem seems to be with communication and the parts department. I also have received a couple of emails during this time telling me that the part is in when that has not been the case. This is the third car I have purchased from this dealership. The service in the past has been excellent. There have been changes there since I purchased this last car. I hope it improves.
