Awful experience. After 3 hours wait to get back door fixed. They told me it was fixed and charged me. I paid and drive away. Stopped to check door and not working. There was an inch long crack in the plexiglass cover on the instrument clust I brought my car to Century Hyundai 3 times over a period of 6 months. There was an inch long crack in the plexiglass cover on the instrument cluster. I was promised 3 times that they would send a picture to Hyundai Canada and let me know if it was covered by warranty. After 6 months of no response I emailed the service manager and CC'd the dealership manager and was told that I had caused the damage and it wasn't covered. I responded several times requesting an explanation as to how I could have caused the problem that originated behind the dashboard??? I'm still waiting for a response. Apparently it is standard practice to blame the customer and then ignore them if they ask difficult questions to try to get to the truth. My car was purchased at Century Hyundai and serviced exclusively by Century Hyundai until this issue. I am thrilled with my Hyundai and have had a wonderful ownership experience until this problem. I purchased a Hyundai primarily because of the warranty and am now feeling like I was ripped off. A small crack in a piece of plexiglass has shed light on how little Century Hyundai values customer loyalty and how utterly disrespectful the management team can be when things go wrong. I wouldn't have written this review if I had received a simple response to my emails and visits. I myself was a service advisor at a car dealership and would have never been allowed to ignore a customer, especially regarding an email that was sent directly to my service manager and my dealership manager...
