Took my car in to have checked for noise, told it was rear sway bar links. Also told not covered under warranty and was charged $65 for diagnosis. Called Hyundai Canada who said it was covered under warr rear sway bar links. Also told not covered under warranty and was charged $65 for diagnosis. Called Hyundai Canada who said it was covered under warranty and that I would receive a phone call from Central Nova. This was back in September 2022, this is now November 23/22 and have yet to receive a phone call back about the unnecessary charge! Terrible Customer Service by management! More

This is my third Hyundai (2 Santa Fe's and now Palisade) and I have been impressed by the quality of each vehicle. Sales staff walked me through the features of the vehicle, helped set up all the electronic and I have been impressed by the quality of each vehicle. Service Dept has always been good to deal with, and explains all the work that has been done on my SUV. Would recommend both Central Nova and Hyundai for those looking for a top rated vehicle. More
