They had a wide selection of vehicles and their service was amazing. We had the chance to test drive any car and when we had our eyes set on specific car they let us take a longer test drive. They weren't pushy and none of my experience with Autopark Niagara was stressful. I enjoyed meeting up with them and buying my car from them. This used car dealership was like no other one we saw. What a great service centre experience! Brought my car in for a bit of servicing (driver window squeaking) and chip in windshield, then my 6 month oil change. I can honestly say that in the 40+ years of driving and having a car serviced I have never had such a wonderful experience. Even the waiting room was clean, comfortable, warm and tidy. When I brought the car in to check the window, they took the whole door apart, discovered that I would be best served by taking it to the dealership as it was under warranty (no charge). They could have had me come back another 2 or 3 times and charge me for labour like a few service centres have had me do before telling me I would be better off going somewhere else, but not this service staff. During my car's oil change, I talked with Dennis about purchasing winter tires. He sat down with me, answered all my questions and gave me options. Never pushed me to purchase a specific "higher" priced tire. Just gave me all the information and let me make the decision. Not hard to do when all the options he showed me were quality products and great prices. Dennis gave me a quick turn around time to have the tires and new rims installed. Excellent! It is more than fantastic to take one's car in for servicing, be told what it needs, clearly, have the work done well and professionally and be billed what you were told it would cost. This is such a novel event for me. As a result, I cannot say enough good things about the friendly staff at the service centre of Auto Park, especially Dennis. He has gone way above and beyond to answer my questions, give me options and provide expert advice and help. More
