The purchase of the vehicle was easy, well done, professional. However, there were issues with the vehicle (specifically door alignment), pointed out during test drive, that were supposed to have b professional. However, there were issues with the vehicle (specifically door alignment), pointed out during test drive, that were supposed to have been corrected. When the vehicle was picked up, they were not. Within days of accepting the vehicle, it was pointed out that not only had the door not been repaired, no "service" had been done. I was advised to return to the dealer, and they would correct, which I did. However, after waiting over 2.5 hours, only an oil change was done. Over the following days, more issues with the vehicle arose, involving areas of the vehicle that should have been corrected during certification (wiper blades, steering components). Initially, the dealer personnel were not interested in hearing from me, but after numerous calls, the issues were fixed, although there is still a noticeable clunk in the front end. The reason we went to this dealer was because we have had wonderful service & good luck with the Autopark dealer in Burlington, which is who told us that Niagara had this particular vehicle. In addition to the difference in "Service" & "Customer Care" between the 2 dealers, there are differences in fees, which we did not expect given they are both Autopark. For instance, the Lien Registration Fee, when purchased at Burlington is $59.75, but at Niagara $295.00, with no explanation of why. All in all, we are less than satisfied with Autopark Niagara, and would have been better off had Burlington transferred the vehicle there. More

I was in need of purchasing a vehicle quickly, and searched Auto Park on-line, finding a couple of vehicles I was interested in. I also needed financing. From the moment I set foot inside, everyone searched Auto Park on-line, finding a couple of vehicles I was interested in. I also needed financing. From the moment I set foot inside, everyone was extremely helpful and SO friendly. Ken Stewart accompanied my parents and I on the test drive of 2 vehicles and was very informative and kind to my elderly parents! James Bruce was extremely professional and helpful with the financing questions I had and was my initial contact when I got there. He recommended a few vehicles that I might be interested in and put me completely at ease - I knew I would be buying a vehicle here - I didn't even bother to look anywhere else because I was so pleased with the service I received. When I picked up my car, Ken took me to the service department and introduced me to everyone there - I plan on having my vehicle serviced at Auto Park as well - the service dept. was extremely friendly as well! I also had the pleasure of speaking with Pat regarding a financing question - he was very helpful and my problem was solved to my satisfaction. I have told everyone I know about the excellent experience I had - I would not hesitate to recommend Auto Park to anyone!!! More
Awesome experience! I have never been to a dealership that was SO friendly. I didn't feel pressured like other dealerships. Ken Stewart was an amazing guy. He walked around with me while I was trying to figure out what kind of SUV I wanted for our new family. He told me to test drive as many as I wanted for as long as I wanted to! (this shocked me)...I went back a total of 3 times before finding our new SUV. Once I found it, I brought my husband and he also loved the fact that we weren't pressured into anything! I am now an owner of a 2009 Dodge Journey! YAY Upon signing our financing we expressed what needed to be fixed, some of which we didn't think they would, they DID! It looked brand new when we picked it up. Also, a few days later the UConnect mic went I brought it back & they got NAPA to look at it. NAPA drove me home (new baby) and in 2 hours they called me back saying they were on their way to pick me up. Not knowing the cost to fix this UConnect I was surprised that it was NO COST! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place - our next vehicle will for SURE be purchased here :) Keep up the great work Autopark & Ken your the BEST :P More
