Front end at service has DRASTICALLY improved since last we serviced our vehicle, which was handful of years. Main reason was extremely poor mannerisms and poor customer service. We had a transmission valve issue on our 2015 Forester. Thank heavens it was covered by warranty as it was an expensive fix. The dash lights had all lit up when the problem first occurred and it was highly concerning. Drove to Centuar right away and they diagnosed it immediately. The explanation of the issue was thorough. We’ve had consistently good service at Centuar and fairly priced. We were jammed for transportation on the day of the repair and the ride provided was a great help. More

I spend good 2-3 hours to finally push the customer service to accept me and admit I have an insurance. At the end they changed only one tire free of charge, not 2 or even 4 how it supposed to be More
