Ralph and Rob were amazing - no pressure, very genuine and made process easy, FUN and transparent. I visited the other subaru dealership in town and was unahppy with the service. I went to Centaur and they were so friendly and helpful amd I bought a new Crosstrek. As far as after market add ons go, Rob was very honest on what he recommended and what I didnt need (including insurance coverage recommendations). Ralph was so patient at explaining the different trims and on what suited my needs. They weren't trying to convince me nor pressure me - i felt like i was car shopping with my friend. 100% recommend! More

We booked an appointment for a TSB repair for 10:00 and asked only once we arrived if they could look into a rotating noise coming from the rear passenger side. The diagnosis (Wheel Bearing) and price within 90 minutes and everything repaired along with a text to me by 3:41 pm the same day! I have no Hesitation Recommending Centaur Subaru. More

battery failed before 3 years, they replaced it after it failed their tests , without any problems (they even washed our car ! bonus!:) ). Buyer beware! I was very clear with the salesman even prior to looking at vehicles. I gave him my want list, and my absolute needs list. He acknowledged this when we first met. He also assured me that my needs list was standard with all vehicles. On my needs list was remote start. We finally looked at vehicles agreed-upon pricing and a vehicle was chosen. A day later I received a call stating that the vehicle we had agreed-upon could not be mine?! We then agreed upon another vehicle. I drove the vehicle off the lot and then later discovered there was no remote start. Shame on me for not checking everything. However, I called the dealership to discuss this. The salesman would not return my call. The person who I signed off the paperwork with said of course we can help you will book you in and guess what full price for a remote car start! The salesman was gone so I could not have any of this confirmed. Took the car in for the remote start to be installed at my expense. Horrible service with their service department. When I picked it up the young man at the service desk was rude and told me to just review the paperwork that was left on the car seat for use of the remote start. Fine lesson learned. I had been taking my vehicle someplace else for routine oil changes. However, there was now a recall. So I needed to take the vehicle in for a recall, as well as to have my windshield replaced. I booked my appointment. However, when I called to confirm there was no appointment booked so I had to book again. Finally booked again and when complete I picked up the vehicle. Unfortunately it was dirtier when I picked it up then it was when I dropped it off. I have attempted to resolve my concerns with the dealership many times. Each time I call I speak to someone and they tell me that someone will return my call. My call has never been returned. And, when I call back to speak to that person I’m told that person is no longer there… Lots of staff change? I have had much better service at other dealerships throughout my life. Love the car… But, I am disgusted by this dealership More
