We apologize that when the visor was originally ordered, the wrong visor had been ordered and the new part was damaged during shipping. We understand that would cause a lot of frustration for you and we are so sorry! We made sure to only charge you for the price of the original parts quote and a half-hour labour charge after installation, which is standard and we apologize for any confusion.

Thank you for the apology, and I am sorry that you could not offer either my time or money back for the inconveniences. Communication about cost on my first or second visit would have been helpful; unfortunate to be surprised with the price a month later for a part that seems to have been poorly designed.
