The staff were friendly and the installation of a new mirror went well. There was initial confusion as customers with the same first and last names were scheduled incorrectly. I was called back within 20 minutes and schedules were adjusted to make room for my service after all. The complimentary shuttle service was great. My car was washed after the service and the staff showed me some features in my car. The scheduling issues was acknowledged and corrected in a diplomatic way. Overall, I appreciated the service. My Cross treck drive very smoothly just need get familiar with the system. I have problem when used my Subearu app to remote start the engine but can not turn it with the cell phone. There some scratches inside the front light? Still can't fully operator the digital panels. Where to stop the navigation once it started? Engine a bit jerky when shifting from drive to park or reverse. I would hope there is clear list of option to pre-show customer .to different trim and models, so customer can really understand what come with the new car, so we do not miss what we requires for the new car.
