Recently bought a 2020 jeep Grand Cherokee from Myers and could not have been happier with the service and outcome. The sales representative couldn't have been nicer and easier to deal with, and the process could not have been happier with the service and outcome. I had purchased a vehicle from this location back in February of this year, had a great experience but still chose to shop around this time. The individuals I dealt with at this location are UNPARALLELED in service compared to several other locations I checked out. When I say these guys went above and beyond for me I mean it. I was very particular about the features and color I wanted and Kevin (sales associate I dealt with) would not accept anything less. He gave me the feeling that I was important and what I wanted in a car mattered - he did not try to match my needs with the cars on his lot but looked all over to find the best car for me. I was most impressed when he told me regardless of where I purchase the vehicle his dealership would be happy to have my vehicle in for service and would gladly assist with any concerns I may have in the future.
