Service was great. Prior to coming in I called Carter to enquire what size hub cab I needed for my winter wheels. I was told 16" - I bought them and gave them in with my car for full service including inst enquire what size hub cab I needed for my winter wheels. I was told 16" - I bought them and gave them in with my car for full service including installing winter wheels and hub caps.. They could not install the hub caps as 16" was the wrong size I needed 15". I will exchange these hub caps, come back to Carter and hope you will be able to install the 15" at no charge. Thank you.
