Kynan, took my call as I was trying to arrange a shuttle pickup, and he was able to patiently help me with my needs, and therefore was able to problem-solve and listen patiently to me. Jennifer, the front desk lady who took my call today (the day after my service) was very polite. I live in Maple Ridge but wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my car serviced.
