My initial dealings with all employees was very positive but after having to bring my car back 4 different times to have detailing ,buffing out scratches and replacing hood protector, it ended up not so pos but after having to bring my car back 4 different times to have detailing ,buffing out scratches and replacing hood protector, it ended up not so positive. The hood protector was replaced with bubbles in it .The buffing circles are visible and the minor scratches were not buffed as promised. Driving about 40 klm four different times and the work was still unsatisfactory. When I picked it up for the time they had it for 3 days, nobody called to say it was ready and when I picked the car no one was at the service desk but a car parker. I am sorry things did not work out because despite the not so professional work done . I still like my little car but I guess I will have to get the job done properly at my expense by professionals . The second time we were looking at actually buying a truck they knew exactly which truck we were talking about and took us for a test drive right away. The process of going through all of the warranties and safe guards was very well explained and easily understood. Upon acceptance and approval of the truck we were surprised at how clean and professionally detailed the truck was. Will definitely go back there when we need another vehicle (fairly soon). More
