Thank you very much for your review on DealerRater. This was very helpful with analyzing our processes and procedures moving forward at Carsco. We appreciate the feedback. As per your comments we have implemented a new process that all of our customers are now required to read, sign and acknowledge they have reviewed and understand the full Carproof that is provided to them during each sale at Carsco. We apologize this was not provided during your sale as it was requested by the customer that the sale proceed quickly and delivery of the vehicle be made in an expedited manner. We were glad to have you return your vehicle, and after consultation with you had offered and provided a refund in a timely manner to industry standards. It is our goal to provide these refunds in a timely manner and felt by industry and legal standards that this was accomplished after agreement by yourself on the pick up date of the check. Should this have not met your expectations we apologize. We appreciate the kind comments about our sales representative and look forward to extending our outstanding dealer rating for future Carsco customers in 2014.

Very happy to have received the refund. However the promise of returned calls to keep us updated that NEVER happened was NOT acceptable or in our eyes a good showing on the level of customer service you have.I was promised a call Tuesday....never received so I called Wednesday morning 3 times, finally Luke answered the main phone # and said he would call and find out when the cheque would be ready and assured me he would call back once he made that call. By 1 pm no call back and I again called Luke would not come to the phone had another gentlemen inform me no cheque today, HOPEFULLY tomorrow, at this point we were quite upset Dave had me call again ask for a head office # I spoke with Lance that time who said he would look into it and call me back, which he did ( he was the only one we dealt with who followed through on what he said) he also informed me no cheque that day as we were previously promised. I then phoned the head office and THAT is the point we received customer service!! Jason from Honda West phoned me back got the details and said I will call you back in 15 minutes, which he did!! He also said he would have that cheque available that day and it happened. He went above and beyond even giving me his cell # as he was leaving work for the day in case we did not get the cheque, that to us was GREAT and expected customer service. Leaves a VERY bad taste in a person's mouth when you are told repeatedly you will be called back and aren't. A simple courtesy call to say no news yet would have been greatly appreciated and probably left us feeling better about this situation, as apposed to the ignoring of calls, failing to return calls or return messages, not how anyone would expect to be treated. As far as Lance and Jason, they were great, and made us feel important and taken care of, 2 great people there, the rest I hope get some schooling in customer service and care, so future incidents like this do not arise.....this whole thing was completely preventable by a simple courtesy call to keep us updated or at least made to feel we were important enough to get a call.
