Im a single mon with two kids and I work and so this winter I bought a truck from these guys… WORST MISTAKE. They gave it to me with the check engine light on and have never after fixed… okay not a big winter I bought a truck from these guys… WORST MISTAKE. They gave it to me with the check engine light on and have never after fixed… okay not a big deal but then I’m driving with my kids in the car and all of a sudden the truck literally just TURNS OFF and steering wheel seizes up 😱😩 luckily no one was hurt. So I bring it in to them a couple more times and their mechanic keeps telling me that he fixed it which seems true until it wouldn’t start one day so I got a buddy to play with it and he said it was the wiring so I bring it in again (reminding them I am driving with two young children) and they took it again for another two days and tell me they fixed it which seemed true until today when I was driving to go get my kids and it turns off and steering wheel seizes up and just stops in the road luckily the dump truck veered around me but I got whiplash and the scare of my life. I call the guys to ask if we can just trade for another vehicle as they’ve obviously sold me a truck (not cheap) with faulty wiring that is not safe to drive with me and my kids and they pretend they don’t know me and play dumb about it. I’ve given them more then enough chances, but today I literally almost lost my life to their ignorance. I’ve lost so much money and time at this point something a single mom really can’t afford to do. I paid over 25000$ cash up front for my truck and there is no reason it should be having these types of problems. I’ve reported this to the Ministry of Transportation and have the vehicle being towed so that they can assess it. But please save yourself the hassle and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They fully remind me of the dad on Matilda… they do quick fixes obviously so they can sell a vehicle that’s probably not safe to drive. More

Bought a truck from them in Oct, 2020. Totally negative experience. He had posted it for sale on Marketplace and Kijiji even before having it on his lot after buying it on auction. He would stall me saying that he was waiting for it and getting the body's rust spots fixed up, which consisted of some Tremclad paint on the door sill. I had to keep pestering him asking if the truck was now available. He never called back or kept the dates he promised, despite he had pretty much a sure sale for pretty much a month. By this time, I was now in a desperate situation when my old truck's engine blew and the trailer was stuck out of town. Finally test drive it and it had some issues that I pointed out to him. He promised to fix them, which were the front brakes (rusted and vibrated), rear suspension knock, odometer button inoperative, driver heated seat button inoperative. Nothing crazy by any means. The shop attached to this dealer did the repairs. To their credit, they did replace the parking brake cables for the safety and put new rear shocks. He gave some story that he couldn't fix the odometer button, said he even tried replacing it with one from another truck, which was xx because I was able to fix it just by prying on the dash. Never even looked at the heated seat switch which I fixed by cleaning it. Most importantly, he never replaced the front brakes and now, after 5000km, they're down to metal. Oh, and he NEVER wore a mask, even inside their stinky office. More
