Very disappointed with Character of Service Manager From the first time I brought the car in for an oil change I have not had a good experience. The service manager said I didn't have an appointment. From the first time I brought the car in for an oil change I have not had a good experience. The service manager said I didn't have an appointment. I had to prove that I called . Good thing for cell phones. He said sorry.... Each time since there has been a skit of some sort. And I have been reminded each time that I did not purchase the car "here."! Last straw....brought the car in for oil change and to show that a bubble of rust had formed at the back just under the back window. Just under the glass window ledge. By the time the car left the shop the bubble had been popped and a dab of paint added with the words it was a stone chip... Spoke to the manager he said take it up with where you bought it (Thornhill) More

Honest & reliable service I have been dealing with CarMax, ken in service for about 12 years, 4 vehicles and worth the drive to Lindsay. great staff Dale is friendly and helpful, it is nice to talk with someone who doesn't go overboard to sell a vehicle. He is honest and genuine which is refreshing Dale is friendly and helpful, it is nice to talk with someone who doesn't go overboard to sell a vehicle. He is honest and genuine which is refreshing. As a woman I appreciate that he doesn't talk down to me because I am a woman. Ken who is in charge of the service department is second to none. He explains everything and doesn't pressure us into doing something that isn't really necessary at that time, but he does make us aware of repairs that will need to be addressed in the near future. Unfortunately we did not purchase our Hyundai but are looking to purchase a second Hyundai and will do so at Carmax. Even for a dealership their service pricing is good and you can tell everyone takes pride in their products. I highly recommend them and wouldn't buy anything but a Hyundai. More
