They fixed it!!! I visited carman ford for an oil change a number of months ago. And I picked up my vehicle and was asked to pay for a small amount of work that I had I visited carman ford for an oil change a number of months ago. And I picked up my vehicle and was asked to pay for a small amount of work that I had not asked to be done. Not liking conflict and since it was a small amount I just paid it with out saying much. Afterward I sent an email to Jim Hay the general Manager and told him what i thought of that kind of business. He looked into what happened and made sure a solution was arranged they gave me a free oil change and a complimentary full detail on my escape. They made a mistake humans aren't perfect but they were willing to fix it. I could search a life time for a dealer who never makes mistakes and not find it. As long as Carman Ford is willing to fix the small mistakes they may make I will keep going. Overall all excellent dealership to do business with More
