We were told the claim was small, nothing major. The vehicle had two accidents and both were about 10,000 dollars each claim? This in their opinion is nothing major. I asked about another vehicle, also 2 claims, one for 9,000 and one for 14,000 dollars. I'm beginning to see a pattern, they seem to have vehicles priced a bit lower than other similar models elsewhere, and now I know why. The second vehicle was a 2013 GLK, black for 35,888 and I noticed that paint in the left front fender was lifting at the corner, lost interest in doing any business with them. They have better prices for a reason, ask for accident history of the vehicle and you will know why. More

As a new comer I was challenged by the finance so decided to go for a more economical one, Tom was supportive and helped me select an Mazda CX7 which is very good value for less than 10K. The car is in a very good condition with no major issues. I will go back to Carline when I want to buy another car for the family! More

WOW...........from the minute we entered the showroom we were pleased. Everyone from the front desk clerk to Tom and John were so welcoming and had such amazing customer service. Tom took the time to show us several vehicles within our price range and go over options. He was very knowledgeable and honest with everything about his vehicles. He had the carfax ready and all the information pertaining the Ford explorer. On the day of pick up Tom went above and beyond before we drove off to clean all the car windows that had residue and old tape left behind by the detailing guys. John took the time to go over all the financing options. These guys are a family own business and treat everyone who walks in there like family, which we truly appreciated. They are not just trying to sell you a vehicle and get rid of you. They are looking to repeated customers who they can treat like family. More
