We are SO happy with the VW Jetta that we settled on, and more than that -- are absolutely confident that this is the right car for us, and are absolutely thrilled that the experience was so smooth and straightfoward. This is the fourth car I've purchased personally, and this has been the most stress-free car-buying experience I've ever had. More

Problems quickly came to light Just purchased a car from Car Nation, and while I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to look at, Shayne (Sales) and Derek (Business Manager) were b Just purchased a car from Car Nation, and while I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to look at, Shayne (Sales) and Derek (Business Manager) were both great to deal with. Shayne is a very personable guy and while he didn't really have to sell me on the car, he certainly made us feel comfortable. Car Nation is a fixed-price dealership so you won't be negotiating on price. That said, they're very open to going the extra mile on detailing\safety. By the time I got the car it looked great and everything we had discussed was taken care of. After a few months of ownership: There are a few annoying problems with the car. Some of which should have certainly be caught during safety. - Both front seatbelts lock constantly, to the point that the passenger belt is almost unusable. - I've had to glue parts of the interior back together as it was literally falling apart - the cruise control doesn't work. at all. - The cable for the hood release snapped, such that I can't even open the hood. - the brakes have been squealing since purchase and so on. Given the cost of VW seatbelts, I cold easily dump 2k into this car after only a few months of ownership. I can honestly say I regret my purchase. More

Christine was the first one who welcomed me at the front. She was very friendly and by the end of the day I had a deposit down on a truck with better interest rates through their finance services via Derek Elliott. Although the process took a lot longer than expected(didn't pick up the vehicle for about 3 and a half weeks) I was still happy with their service. Will be back once this truck is paid off for another one. More
