When we attended we first met with Preet and I figured this was just going to be another high pressure salesman. Preet turned out to be very friendly and helpful. Me also met with Sky who was upfront and honest. Sandra was also friendly and informative. After picking up a vehicle we noticed some body rust that we had not noticed prior to purchasing the vehicle. We contacted Car Nation and Sky and Amar were very understanding and helpful. They fixed the body rust for us with no hassle. The end result is that I am very happy with my experience and would go back to Car Nation in the future to purchase another vehicle. DREADED CAR BUYING ANXIETY TURNED PLEASANT AND PAINLESS!! My previous car died suddenly and silently and I needed to buy a replacement quickly. Upon a referral and I dropped into to see Sunil at CarNation. Before going into the shop I told Him what I was looking for down to the horsepower, price and KM's. He sent me two cars that meet my criteria perfectly. Love at first sight. Went in for the test-drive on the saturday...negotiated a price along with my dead trade-in and got what i could have expected and was happy at how painless the experience was knowing i hate having to shop for cars (especially when I wasn't planning on buying a car just now). Sunil and Sky were very pleasant and made the experience as painless as could be. I'll be back to pick up that Ferrari 458 in the showroom. Sandra made the finance aspect as good as it could get next to giving me the car for free!! Good team of people. The only (minor) problem was the incomplete removal the smoke smell out of the car when the car was picked up. Besides this the car is in show room condition. I love it. More

Best trade in allowance I had already done my homework and knew the make and model I wanted. I had previously pursued 2 other vehicles at other dealerships and ended up walk I had already done my homework and knew the make and model I wanted. I had previously pursued 2 other vehicles at other dealerships and ended up walking away due to inability to agree on price. Mike Mercadante was able to give me a significantly higher value for my trade-in. (previous dealerships offered $4,500 and $3,500 but Mike got me $5,800). That was enough to achieve my budget target and complete the deal. The vehicle was ready for pick up the next day. Also, important was that Mike looked after a brake issue over a month after the purchase. The brake rotors were slightly warped and he authorized replacements at no cost to me. More
