I didn't think that my husband and I would get financing. We were looking on car nations website for months. Then one day we gained up the courage to go to Car Nation Direct. Preet (the care salesman) met us at the door with a smile. He immediately made us feel welcome and relaxed. He also told us we could bring our dog in the show room (we didn't though). That I found was a very nice jester as he got what was important to us. We sat down with him and asked us what we were looking for instead of just telling us what we wanted. He pulled us some different cars with in our price range. We narrowed it down to two and after test driving the 2012 Jetta we knew that was the one. We honestly didn't even know what would happen now that we picked one. Then Preet introduced us to Derek Elliot Finance manager. I have to say that Derek was made everything as comfortable as possible. Its scary going into more dept. But he was truly amazing. He worked so hard to get us the deal we were looking for and was very focused to get in with in our comfort level. I was always kept informed through out the whole process. I would 100% recommend every one that is looking to bye at Car Nation. You will not be disappointed. I will be bringing my dad down from Barrie to look at trucks.
