Actually ended up purchasing a vehicle for which I originally had no desire in wanting however, after describing the vehicle in detail, its features etc...he took us out to the lot to review the different models, took us on a test drive and we were so surprised at the performance and luxury of this vehicle we ended up purchasing it that day even though it was our first night out looking around. David made the experience very pleasant and we never felt like he was in it for the sale and was genuinely working towards getting us a vehicle that we would be completely satisfied with. Financing was an easy process, explained in detail. When vehicle was picked up, they did an amazing job in detailing, the vehicle looked great and couldn't wait to show it off. Very satisfied with the overall experience from beginning to end. More

We met with her twice as we were not sure what vehicle we wanted - a Focus or Escape. I had a Ford Escape previously. On our first visit, we were with our 17 month grandson. Mya went and got him toys to play while we talked. Mya was very professionally at all times. When we came to pick-up our vehicle, the gentlemen we met with to explain the documents to us was also very professional. We would not hesitate to return to Mya and Car Nation when we are in the market for a new car. More

Awesome Service! Awesome Staff! I inquired on the website stating what vehicle I was looking for & the price range I could afford. Within a half hour I received an e-mail from Mike I inquired on the website stating what vehicle I was looking for & the price range I could afford. Within a half hour I received an e-mail from Mike Pizzuti offering his services. A few phone calls & e-mails and a match was found for me! A test drive was set up and I bought my vehicle. I am so happy with my Dodge Journey! Mike was very professional and answered all my questions I had. He was very patient and kind with me. Sandra went to bat for us and handled our vehicle purchase with the utmost understanding and care! Sandra and Steve were exceptional!! However would like to mention that you should be cautious as we were told that the oil change and service was done prior to picking up vehicle and a month later we had to bring the vehicle in for oil change and needed to have the filters changed. I was also told at the time there was no way that the vehicle was serviced for us upon pick up like we were told. So was disappointed at this point that we had to already bring our vehicle in within a months time as our message centre indicated we were due for all the servicing. I would recommend dealing with Sandra and Steve in any purchases as I found those two the most helpful and understanding. More
