After a year of trying to get your cars fixed and the confirmation from Nissan that my delivery-day concerns about your Sentra were valid, I can't imagine why: 1) you would consider offering me less than what I paid for this vehicle as a trade-in credit against the retail price of another car in your inventory 2) why you wouldn't consider an outright refund because I want to stop having to run around fixing cars I get from Car Nation! Also, the car I traded you last year is worth 4k more today than I got as a trade-in allowance. So how can you be losing money in any of this? If I've understood correctly, it's OK for Car Nation to make a profit even while the customer takes a loss when buying a bad car from your lot? I think Car Nation should be willing to take some responsibility for two lemons in a row...

Hi again, so thanks for agreeing to the full amount paid for trade value, but there are a few reasons this still may not be satisfactory: 1) without an outright refund, I am forced to choose from something you have in stock with a factory warranty, and there aren't many choices at present 2) some of your online pricing looks like it needs to be updated. For example, dealers are selling the 2015 Civic LX (accident-free, same or lower kms than CN) and they are under $16k. But you still have them priced at $18k. I can't be expected to pay more with CN for a car that's so much lower elsewhere, same condition, specs, year, kms, etc. 3) with a full refund, I could select the car I want instead of trying to fit in a solution from your inventory which has not worked out so well the last time I tried it!
