Defective Cars? Well, after they were willing to resolve my last purchase, I bought a car off a neighbour that needed an upgrade. So I tried Car Nation again. 2 c Well, after they were willing to resolve my last purchase, I bought a car off a neighbour that needed an upgrade. So I tried Car Nation again. 2 cars purchased, 2 bad cars. I've spent a year running around trying to fix cars I got from Car Nation. This 2014 Sentra is the 2nd car I've purchased from Car Nation that has mechanical issues, so much so that Nissan replaced the trnasmission. Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem, which should tell you how bad the car is. The transmission, compressor and braking systems all have issues and inconsistent behaviour. The Journey I traded in still has the engine light on, supporting the engine issues I reported. 3 things: a) I haven't posted on Google Reviews yet because I want to give the dealership a chance to properly resolve it this time (Google reviews are instant), b) their service department can only do what they're told - in my experience, they have no interest/ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues (great dealing with Mike but again, he can only help with authorized changes and not solving issues) c) I have not indicated a specific person because I think this is an issue with how the dealer buys their cars - Mya has been very helpful but I don't know that I can blame her for the poor quality of the cars they stock The cars they sell seem well worn beyond their age/mileage would indicate - I'm not comparing to new cars but to much older, higher mileage cars that didn't have nearly the level of problems these cars have So, my experience leads me to conclude that, more often than not, you will get a bad car if you purchase from Car Nation. I hope they decide to upgrade their service department so they are better able to prep a car for sale, as well as buy better quality cars. I would love to be able to leave glowing feedback about them but I'm not sure they have the customer's best interest at heart yet. Good luck with your car search! More

Their no dicker sticker policy also lets you know about how good the deal is, and the sales people are there to just help you get what you want. They get the same commission whether its the most or least expensive vehicle. I bought years ago and I am back again. More
Worst experience ever. I purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe from this dealer and within 3 weeks the Navigation system and middle console completely froze on the vehicle. Car Nation Burlington was of no assistance and not willing to do anything. They also only had one key fab and the car was equipped with winter tires that they would not change. Should have went elsewhere. Biggest regret ever!!!!! Don't shop here because they are quick to take your money and when issues arise no one is any help at all. More
