Burlington Car Nation - Crooks After trying to deal with customer service my 75 year old mother has had nothing but grief and delays. "send us you information and why you are very dissatisfied". I did that on her behalf and they claimed we did not send my mothers info and the details of my mothers complaint. They finally acknowledged receipt of her complaint yet after two weeks she had heard nothing. They are crooks, The finance manger is a hot head and should not be a representative of any company with a good name and a willingness to be customer friendly. Such a bad experience. More
