Service I had my car in for a recall/special policy repair and there was issues with the coverage. DANGER, DANGER: Avoid this Service Centre Absolutely the poorest level of service and outcomes ever experienced at an Authorized Dealership. GM should take note. Five service visits required for them to attempt to resolve warranty issues. Service leadership (Laura and Svend) completely failed to assess demonstrated problems, on multiple occasions and despite the fact that issues were well documented via Internet. When confronted with evidence that they misdiagnosed issues and failed to use common sense, they refused to accept any responsibility in the matters. On the good side the Dealership has good Customer Service Advisors, extremely friendly Shuttle Drivers and a nice Customer Service Lounge, all which you will become well familiar with if you risk service here! More
