Exelent service , nice approach,very friendly, I use Dodge Ram 1500 2012 5.7 hemi . As new truck I try to service at dealer where bought it, Sometimes try to add something to my truck, buy access I use Dodge Ram 1500 2012 5.7 hemi . As new truck I try to service at dealer where bought it, Sometimes try to add something to my truck, buy accessories, winter tires etc. I find out that price wise, not acceptable /very expensive/. I try to find others to help me out ,then I find Emma Watson in parts dep.She was soooo helpful ,She make few phone calls , contact me by e mail sent me sample of product with prices and we finalize transaction .I never experience so helpful person in truck business as Emma, I continue contact with Emma Watson to present day , anything I need ?first call is to her. Congratulation to Capital GMC to have such friendly , knowledgeable employee. At the same time I ask If they can do some service on truck, guess what / they do! friendly quick on spot according to appointment /schedule thanks to Melanie. Another great company asset. Try to avoid service This was the most frustrating experience ever !!! (after being a customer for 4 years) Droped my truck on a Thursday(night) for a fuel pump issue, s This was the most frustrating experience ever !!! (after being a customer for 4 years) Droped my truck on a Thursday(night) for a fuel pump issue, staff said to get it in on Friday. Nothing got done Friday or Saturday. Monday they needed the whole day to find the problem and to fix it. Got to pay $ 800 to replace a cable. The sad part about this is, that I have had the same issue in Feb and they replaced a fuse for $ 460 and the truck was there for a week. After questioning why it took so long for repair the answer was because I did not have an appointment. So I ended up with paying close to $500 for a cap to get to work. I asked to get some compensation but I just got a bad attitude. I am done with Capital GM. Traded my truck for a DODGE More
