Today I called to find out about getting a replacement part, a small clip on the back of the passenger seat. Even though I was in the wrong department, Kelvin took it upon himself to assist in the most cheerful and helpful manner. He was very patient with my somewhat challenged attempt to describe the part I needed. He got back to me right away with a price and time frame. It was one of the fastest call backs that I have ever received from a dealer. I will be sending in a picture just to be sure. Kelvin has made me very happy to have joined the GMC family. More

Wonderful explanation I'm not a car person. In fact, I'd rather go to the dentist than go to a dealership. Kelvin was very patient and explained everything to me and the I'm not a car person. He did not even make fun of the mess in my car, unlike the other person who serviced it before.
