No Loaner for a recall - 2015 Yukon Spent over $4,000 on tires and rims that day and had a recall performed on transmission. Could slip into neutral unexpectedly. Was told loaner vehicles were only given/rental paid for a recall that was a safety hazard. Slipping into neutral unexpectedly is a safety hazard in my books. Rental cost me just $40 but thought a reputable dealer would at least loan you a vehicle for the day. Have owned Mercedes and Infinity and have had no problems with loaner vehicles. More

Unprofessionalism!!! I purchased a year old car from them on Friday afternoon. The car was from BC. I wasn't told earlier that they would not accept a credit card payment I purchased a year old car from them on Friday afternoon. The car was from BC. I wasn't told earlier that they would not accept a credit card payment for the car. I was ready and able to pay the whole car with my credit card. When it came to payment, I was told that all I can pay with a credit card was $ 2,500.00. So, I paid it and had to bring the rest in a form of a certified cheque. I went to the bank and got the certified cheque for them and took the car home. Next, day I went to the AMA office to register the car with my new insurance policy. However, again, I wasn't told by the Capital's staff that the car's mechanical inspection was expired. As the car was from BC, Alberta Registry requires to have a current, valid mechanical inspection. The registry office at AMA has refused to register the car. I went back to Capital as they have told me on the phone that they do have an Inspection Certificate for me. Upon my arrival at Capital, Brett gave me a piece of paper saying that this is the right Inspection Certificate. I drove back to the AMA office, however, this certificate turned to be expired, therefore invalid again. AMA refused to register the car. I went back to Capital, where I was told by Brett that the technician responsible and authorized for signing new Mechanical Inspections Certificates was off for the weekend and that he will be back and able to sign it on Monday. Frustrated, I had no choice but to paid the remaining money, but not to be able to register my car. On Monday my son went to Capital again and they gave him a valid certificate. Well, the sales people at Capital, such as Brett have no idea what they are doing. They are selling a car without valid Mechanical Inspection, knowing that the car was out of province and will require such a certificate. Never before I had such a frustrating experience with a purchase of a car. Never again I will purchase anything from Capital and would not recommend this particular dealership to anyone. By the way: this place was "Southgate Pontiac, Buick, GMC" before. It was a nice place to enter. I have purchased several cars from them in the past. Now, the place, especially the show room looks runned down, like a car dealership in the Soviet Union. More

Throughout the whole process they were professional and extremly helpful. My intent was to go in there late Friday afternoon, see the Truck, talk to them and was certain the deal was not going to be completed until Monday possibly. I was so wrong. Garry and I drove out of the parkingl lot with our new GMC a few hours later on Friday. They bent over backwards to get the paperwork done, helped us contact our insurance company, get to the registry and provide dealer plates. We have dealt with the location for years, but I have to say that Capital is a fresh new "face" and experience. Thank you so much. More

Great purchase, no-pressure salesman I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase, and the salesman here were willing to work with me on getting me in my dream vehicle. Greg and Al were very I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase, and the salesman here were willing to work with me on getting me in my dream vehicle. Greg and Al were very approachable and a really nice people to deal with. Best of all, there was no pressure like other horrible salesman I've dealt with in the past. Colin was also great to work with, and got things in order quickly when I went to pick up the vehicle.
