Service not needed I came in for an oil change and requested a tire rotation. One of the three individuals looking after me advised that he had checked the tires and a r I came in for an oil change and requested a tire rotation. One of the three individuals looking after me advised that he had checked the tires and a rotation was not needed. Also advised that treadwear was even thereby indicating wheel alignment was good. They could have simply done the rotation and charged accordingly. I appreciate that I was advised that service was not needed, saving me money. More

I did purchase an extended warranty, as this H3 was purchased site un-seen. There is no other place I would take my car. I only ever took my car to Southgate, and it was only natural that you would help keep my new baby healthy, and me happy. Even if Hummers are no longer made, I have every confidence that Southgate will have the resources, and knowledge to keep my H3 on the road for ( I hope ) may years to come. Randy Bass Over 4 years ago my wife and I were in search of a new vehicle, GM has always been our preference but we checked Ford, Toyota, Dodge, etc and also wen Over 4 years ago my wife and I were in search of a new vehicle, GM has always been our preference but we checked Ford, Toyota, Dodge, etc and also went to Lakewood Chevrolet but all of these places had something in common either they didn't have the right vehicle or the salesman were annoying and pushy. One afternoon I stumbled upon the dealership and a salesman came over, Randy.. He was not pushy, not in your face, he was exactly what I was looking for. He asked me how I was doing what I had been up to that day etc. Didn't even mention buying a car or selling or anything until I started asking questions. He is very friendly and easy to get along with. I remember he even let me take the car home that night to surprise my wife and show her. Thanks to our wonderful experience with Randy and his witty jokes we have been coming back time and time again to this dealership. I can honestly say he is a stand up guy and has gone above and beyond the norm for us. Whether the vehicle we are looking for is on the lot or not he always makes sure we get what we want. His motto is " find what you like, we will talk numbers after " and he has always demonstrated this by giving us a fair price. Since our experience 4 years ago we have purchased 3 brand new vehicles and 3 used... for a total of 6 vehicles from the same dealership, and the same salesman. The reason for our purchases all being from this dealership is his exceptional customer service. I now look forward to my next purchase, rather then dread seeing a salesman who is just after a quick buck. Randy to this day periodically phones me every now and again asking me how everything is going not just with my vehicle but within my life.. That is what you call a true salesman. Whether I am getting my vehicle serviced or just a part or just want to stop in and say hello Randy always makes time. I have recommended Randy and Southgate to many. When I walk in and start talking with randy its like seeing a family member you haven't seen in a while. A+++++ For customer service. More

NEW TRUCK PURCHASE - SOUTHGATE EDMONTON I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH JAMIE (THE OWNER) SINCE 1997 WHEN I BOUGHT MY FIRST NEW TRUCK . A YEAR LATER THE TRUCK WAS GIVING ME A LOT OF TROUBLE , AND I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH JAMIE (THE OWNER) SINCE 1997 WHEN I BOUGHT MY FIRST NEW TRUCK . A YEAR LATER THE TRUCK WAS GIVING ME A LOT OF TROUBLE , AND NEEDING MAJOR REPAIRS. JAMIE TOOK CARE OF THE ISSUE - I HAVE BOUGHT THREE NEW TRUCKS SINCE. I JUST RECEIVED MY NEW 2015 - 3500 HD - CREW CAB - DURAMAX. IT'S AN UNBELIEVABLE TRUCK. I TALKED TO DOUG IN PARTS TWO MONTHS AGO - TOLD HIM WHAT I WANTED ON THE TRUCK, AND ASKED WHAT ACCESSORIES WILL FIT ON IT. HE TOOK OVER FROM THERE. WHEN THE TRUCK CAME IN, I CALLED HIM ABOUT DOING THE ACCESSORIES, AND HE HAD THEM DONE THE SAME DAY. HE ALSO GAVE ME GOOD ADVICE ON A COUPLE OF OTHER THINGS TO DO TO IT. I'VE HAD TONS OF COMMENTS ON MY NEW TRUCK ALREADY. DOUG KNOWS HIS JOB VERY WELL, AND I HAVE ALL MY PARTS PURCHASED THROUGH HIM. I have been dealing with this dealership for years and the only reason why I do is because of scott ash. He is what every service department needs. Takes care of his customers like they are family and fri the only reason why I do is because of scott ash. He is what every service department needs.
