Good Deals, but improvements needed Recently bought 2 new vehciles from this dealership. First time we stopped in, we were told that they were busy (saturday afternoon) and would try to Recently bought 2 new vehciles from this dealership. First time we stopped in, we were told that they were busy (saturday afternoon) and would try to find someone to help us. The Sales guy was already helping other clients, so he went back and forth with us and the other clients. We weren't able to test drive anything, but they did look at trade values on our current vehicles. We came back a few days later, went for a test drive, really liked the vehicles. Came back 2 days later to finalize everything. Mustafa worked hard at getting us good trade in values and worked really hard to make the deal work. Agreed on a few things for the 2 new vehicles. Some never came true. Such as payments came out 2 weeks after purchase, not a month later. Interest rate was higher. And this is such a silly little thing, but really made me upset. I asked that both of the vehciles be filled up with Gas... one was and the other only to 1/4 tank. It's such a little think, but really dissappointing. Also the paperwork took a long time to complete...it was 8:00 and we said we would come back the next day to complete, as we know it would take awhile to complete for 2 vehicles. We left there at 10:00 at night on a Thursday, we had our 3 young daughters with us.... this was really unexceptable. we tried to leave a few times and they really wanted us to stay and sign. My husband text the sales guy...Marcio I think his name was... and said, 'hey buddy, you owe me a tank of gas.' He replied with a 'ya ya, how are the new trucks.' All in all I am happy with the 2 new vehicles. Very nice units, just not pleased that I had to fill up the tank when I first got it, not pleased that they payment came out 2 weeks later, not pleased that the interest rate was 0.26% higher than what was quoted. Sales was very helpful and good to work with The sales staff was great to work with and extremely helpful in what i was looking for. The sales manager was also very nice. They were accomodating since i am from BC they were willing to do a lot to help me out. The only thing was that the finance manager was very abrupt and could be rude at times. He did not really seem like he wanted to accomodate us like the others did. It was very impersonal being with him. Overal our experience was good but when we went through the finance it wasnt as good. He got the job done but did not seem to enjoy it or be happy. That is why i rate the following stars More

I inquired on a Sunday, Brittany Witbeck immediately sent me info on 2 units to suit my requests with prices and discounts all in. The first thing i want to mention was there was no going back and forth looking, negotiating and arguing prices, they beat my local dealer by $5000 on first try, without a big ordeal. She then was off for the weekend when i planned on picking up the truck, and handed me off to Brett, Sam And Sydney. These people treated me like a king before and most importantly, after the sale. I arrived after a 3 hour drive and they started with introductions, they gave me tour of the facility, and show room. They then gave me a complete 360* information session on every feature of my vehicle, including safety and convenience features. We had a minor misunderstanding on optional equipment i wanted installed prior to me getting there but it was because i didn't get back to them with a commitment ahead of time. Either way, they then pulled strings and worked out away to get it all done and shipped out to me with installs where required. Unbelievable experience. finally I felt respected as the buyer and that buying another vehicle and getting right for me was the priority, i often feel that dealers are so used to pumping out vehicles and that it is no big deal to them. However, it is a huge deal to me, and i cant wait to do it again. The Parts guys kept in good contact with the entire time. They were disappointed they were out of stock on my couple preferences, but assured me they had a huge run on new sales and it depleted there stock. Best all around experience Greatest experience ever. Possibly the easiest vehicle purchase we've ever made Admittedly, we pretty much knew what we were looking for, but Brittany did absolutely no pressure sales whatsoever. It all started with an almost effortless 24-hour test drive of a new Sierra which was arranged over the phone 45 minutes before I arrived at the dealership. Aside from a little paperwork and Brittany giving me a quick tour of the interior, it seemed she was just eager to get me on my way to get a feel for the truck. That worked. That alone made me like this dealership. I am so frustrated with sales people who insist on coming on the drive with you, often talking incessantly and telling you which way to go, where to turn and when to come back. You can't learn anything about the vehicle you're driving unless you can pay attention to IT, not the sales person. As for the truck, it sold itself. Though they did not have exactly what we wanted in stock, they got it to us within three days. Derek (finance) was friendly and easy to talk to and both he and Brittany were easy to get ahold of via email, which was convenient for us. We have yet to interact with anyone from the service department as we haven't had the truck for a week, but as for buying a vehicle from Capital GMC Buick, I would definitely suggest anyone to go there.
