He took our information and said he would keep on the lookout for a vehicle that would suit our needs. He did indeed call us back within a few days. We had decided on a competitors product, when the call came in. Since he was such a great guy and did the homework we decided to go and see what he had found for us. We test drove a beautiful almost new truck. Since it was almost closing time, they gave us the truck to take home for the evening, and we left our vehicle that we were trading in there for appraisal, The truck was exactly what we were looking for.. There was no pressure tactics. Everything was explained well, and our every question answered. It was an extremely easy and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend this dealership. More

Good overall Some smoke and mirrors over the 'doc' fee but in the end I paid well below the average market price of the used vehicle I bought even after taxes. I went to a variety of dealers and test drove various makes and models. The service here was far superior to that of any competitor. Marc S, the salesperson was super friendly and went above and beyond in any way he could. He offered to drive me to the rental place, always made time for my questions, and was so pleasant to deal with. It's evident that Marc truly cares about his customers and wants them to be taken care of. Trust me, I was not making it easy for him but he won me over! Marc's Manager, Brett is super energetic and enthusiastic. He quoted me a very aggressive price during my first visit, which is what I needed since this was the first dealership I'd been to. I needed a benchmark price to compare to the other vehicles I'd be looking at. I appreciated his open and honest approach. Once I was ready to put a deposit down to hold the vehicle while waiting for my insurance money, I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike E, the Finance Manager. He's hilarious! You can tell he's been doing this for a long time. I was in a rush because my ride was waiting for me, so he streamlined things for me and got me on my way quickly. When we were going through the purchase paperwork, he happily answered any questions I had and even took the time to show me what some of the warranty items were. I also met Tony, the GM. I can see why the team there is so great because Tony is an easy going, funny guy who seems very hands on. The Buick Envision I bought is great too, but it's the service that truly added value to the sale. Thank you for a fun and enjoyable experience!! More
