One good experience, one not so good. Purchased a vehicle a month or two ago with the help of Renato and Ehab. Pricing was great, easy to work with, even picked me up from the bus stop, came from 3 hours away. I had a couple of minor issues, the vehicle wasn't filled, kinda expected that based on the price we negotiated. But temperature was in the -20's when I picked up and they had recently washed it. The gas cover was frozen closed and it took me about 20 minutes to thaw it out. Also, there was no carpeted floor mats in the vehicle, but they were visible in the pictures. The second purchase was to happen today. We were told that the vehicle was in mint condition, Renato sent some pictures. We drove the 3 hours to go pick up the vehicle, but noticed a couple good size dents on the rear passenger side of the vehicle, definitely would not go unnoticed. There was another vehicle that we were interested in more than the damaged one, but we couldn't come to a mutual agreement, so we went home and drove 6 hours for nothing. Basically just got a sorry, we were offered an additional $1000 off to take the damaged vehicle as is or they would repair. Neither was acceptable to me. Renato called and asked if he could forward my contact info to his friends at other dealerships, I said no. Next thing you know, I get a text from someone at another dealership, who got my info from Renato. More

Recommended with reservations. Caleb is a natural salesperson who is easy to deal with and very helpful. There were however some problems unrelated to Caleb in this particular sale. Caleb is a natural salesperson who is easy to deal with and very helpful. There were however some problems unrelated to Caleb in this particular sale. 1. When we went to register the car we found the dealership had not transferred Registry from the previous owner. This had to be sorted out through long-distance calls. 2. When we drove the car off the lot a safety program called driver assist kept flashing red and telling us to service driver assist. When we got home our local GM dealer repaired the problem informing us that it is a fairly common problem in these vehicles. The broken parts were replaced at a cost of over $350. After some more long-distance calls and promises from Ehab to call me back that did not occur, Ehab with the approval of the Gen. manager finally decided to pay our local GM dealer for the repairs. Caleb and the general manager are the only reasons we would consider returning to Capital GMC Buick. I recommend this dealership with reservations. The vehicle we purchased was a 2015 GM certified vehicle. The purchase experience was more stressful than relaxing. I have hopes that this vehicle will last as long as my last GM. More

Goldie was honest from the start and every single price and payment I was quoted was exactly the final price. I was sent to see Goldie from a friend after being very disappointed in another Edmonton and area GM dealership for simply playing the "sales game" and not getting any straight answers. My experience at Capital GM could not have been any more opposite and pleasing. Mike in finance was also outstanding and prompt in putting this all together. I felt welcome and appreciated my entire time at Capital and will definitely return in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a GM or Buick vehicle. Well done! More

Great Experience! Caleb Fischer ensured that I was able to easily facilitate the purchase of a car ... while out of the country! Who knew it could be so efficiently and effectively handled! I appreciate the ease with which paperwork was sent to the USA and that all was ready upon my return. Wow! Caleb is such an effective and personable rep with whom to deal! I'm impressed, and have already expressed my desire to work with him again in the (near )future. I also appreciate that Ehab Oweida (manager) always made a point to connect with me and be present- so very professional! In addition, when a detail needed to be attended to after I had taken possession, I was offered a loaner vehicle for the afternoon- something I have never received from Capital's competitors with whom I have dealt for years.
