I purchased my 2010 Terrain from Capital and have always taken it back to them for service. I recently needed warranty work done and Colin offered to take my vehicle in for me and brought it home after wor taken it back to them for service. I recently needed warranty work done and Colin offered to take my vehicle in for me and brought it home after work, if that is not going the extra mile I am not sure what is. I received great service from the service department as well as they kept us informed of the status as the day went on. I am back on the road in an awesome vehicle and always recommend Capital and Colin when family, friends or co-workers are looking for new or used vehicles. More
As being a long term client with Capital, there was a time not so long ago that the degree of service I was receiving started to become very low and now what I would call not good quality. After purchasing my second vehicle from Capital I thought that their service dept would be "looking out for a good customer." However, I found out that is not the case. I used Capital GM Quick Oil change s that their service dept would be "looking out for a good customer." However, I found out that is not the case. I used Capital GM Quick Oil change service for the last three years. Recently, I went to a stand alone oil change business and found their service far exceeds Capital GM's. (even though I spent alot of money at Capital and not the other place). The customer service level directed towards me at Capital has been severely lacking any sincerety and has made me seriously consider going someplace else, but also to tell everyone I know that the service at Capital is bad and their service employees (including the manager on duty) didn't really care about receiving customer feedback. Too bad Sherry Linton (a great sales person) works at Capital. I was hoping to go back to her to purchase my next vehicle, but I hesitate about buying another vehicle from a business who does not appreciate me as a customer. More
