Got a shuttle service to the dealership at 530pm only to be told that they hadn't fixed my car. Terrible service and customer service. Now I'm without a car on the long weekend. No loaner car, no explanation for not fixing my car in time. Very disappointed More
Customer Service does not exist. Took my vehicle in for service in January before leaving on vacation. My son picked it up 2 weeks later. Unknown if anything was done and to make matters worse the radio antannae was broken off. Spoke with a lady in service a few weeks later asking about vehicle, have not heard from her since. I have sent 4 emails to service and one to the service manager asking about my vehicle. No reply to date from anyone. Am I a less than pleased, hahaha yes you could say that. I guess this is the last resort. I do not remember who I have delt with, that was 8 months ago. At this point I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
I brought my Buick for general service the day first, every thing was ok, but when I went home I saw that they did not check anything, I came back, and my car was there for 4 days. They told me, some par every thing was ok, but when I went home I saw that they did not check anything, I came back, and my car was there for 4 days. They told me, some parts should be changed and they charged me for those parts. Honestly, I do not know that they changed those parts or nor, also, I do not know that the only problem was those part or not? They have some unprofessional technician which are not responsible for their work because they are NEW. I am not happy with this dealership at all an I wont recommend it because friend of mine also had the same problems. I wont buy any Amricans car any more. More
I would like the thank Capital GM for the quick and great service, my vehicle was in need of repair and being the holiday season I could not be without a vehicle. The service department went above and beyond to repair my vehicle quickly even thought they were busy. I tried to deal with another company and had absolute bad service (Wheaton Chev Olds). Capital GM gained a new customer today and I thank them for this. Happy Holidays More
one of the best customer service experience ever . Even though I did not bought my Ford Fusion from Capital GMC I will be coming back to them for my service and regular maintenance stuff . The service department has not fixed my issues in three trips to the dealership. The have no commitment to customer satisfaction or resolving the issues with my vehicle I have received several emails trips to the dealership. The have no commitment to customer satisfaction or resolving the issues with my vehicle I have received several emails asking for my comments on service and provided them but no one calls or is concerned about my outstanding issues. I received 500.00 for my used truck when I traded it in January 5, 2013 and now the dealership is offering 2,000.00 for any trade in. Not really fair. I could go on for a long time, but I'll leave it at that for now. I'd like to speak with Bruce Axelson in person. More
