Quetionable service I was changing my tires from the winter tires to summer tires. The factory socket for the wheel lugs broke, so I was not able to remove the nuts. I attended the parts department at Capital only to be told that the broken socket was for that vehicle only and could not be replaced. They could now only be removed by being cut off. This was going to be a very expensive, approx. $1500 was the quote as each wheel would have to be removed in this manner. I found that very difficult to believe so I contacted Graham tire, thinking they likely had experienced this issue before. They advised that they had replacement sockets for around $15. I went there explained to them what had happened and they said very strange because they have supplied Capital with these sockets before and on a regular basis. Was disappointed there was no loner but I was offered the shuttle At the end of day one vehicle was not fixed so had to come back. At end of day two parts had to be ordered. I decided to talk to someone about a different vehicle with absolutely little chance of a changing cars. I ended up buying a new car. Was treated very well by all staff. Thank you More
Satisfied I walked,into capital for a normal oil change. I met Vijay Aggarwal in the show room and told him I kind of liked the looks of the Regals. I looked at it showed my wife and three or four days later bought it. Vijay was patient with us answered all my questions and was not aggressive which is what I liked. If he didn't know he got someone to answer my questions.This is my second Buick purchase the first Buick Allure with Harvey Schmidt. I am so pleased with my first Buick I could not part with it as yet. Hopefully I will be as pleased on the second purchase. All in all I would reccommend CapialGMC. More

For starters purchasing the vehicle I was unimpressed by a one year free oil changes sign planted on the top of my car. Excited for extra bonus I brought up with financing and she said oops no small writing says on 2014s only so disappointed and annoyed I say well it should have never been posted on that vehicle,she agreed and said ok I will give you vouchers for 3 free oil changes so when you come in get them to call me (Jazz) and I will call them. Satisfied I went for oil change number one no issues. Second oil change another story Jazz said she would have absolutely never said it was 3 but 1 I angery argued and she said I will for this one but not the 3. Frustrated I have no documentation of her promising this so there's nothing I can do. Another issue arises as Erin the salesmen tries to sweeten the deal and says yes will come with free sattlilight radio for at least 3 months, perfect another bonus.....until signing papers with Monica oh sorry that looks like that promo wasn't on this model. Again frustrated but did nothing. A while after purchase I went through a carwash and a huge panel of paint had peeled off. I extremely frustrated went to both dealership and carwash and said I don't know why this happened but I will not be paying for this. Carwash said from faulty paint finally after a long review and as I awaited the dealership waited on there answer. Then after I said they will not be paying for any damage, capital agreed to pay one half of expense...unsatisfied I went on the gm website to get dealership number and immediately I typed my concern and they assured me capital would be getting a hold of me asap. Same day Monica called me and said they were waiting for carwash to decide whenever I had already told them they would not be paying for damage. After several visits they finally agreed to pay. Once part arrived and painted they called to replace, I waited as it would only take a minute, as soon as I saw what looked like a manager from universal come toward me I know there was an issue. He asked if capital had saw the piece that needed to be painted because they wrote down the wrong paint color. Annoyed I said yes several times. He said it would only take a day to paint and they would call when ready. Keep in mind I don't live into so you can see how frustrating this is. I go back piece gets put on and it's good to go....finally! A few months later I noticed the seatbelt eoild not retract in properly so with 2 booster seats in my car this needed to be fixed. I went to capital to service and told the woman my issue she for whatever reason snaralled and said well it won't get fixed today I realized this as I know it would likely not happen like magic. A partsmen came to inspect and assured me he would order part and let me know when it came in. Week went by and knowing how unsafe this was with 2 children I called concerned and asked what the hold up was. Well Kelsey it looks like the part was not ordered but we will order that for you right away. Again waiting finally came, car went in and low and behold the part broke however finally capital realizing it was unsafe they agreed to put me in a retail, however I thought it would be easier to figure out carpooling then rent the car. Couple days later part was in and good as new, finally! On March 2 the car went in for a strange noise from the fan on the passengers side I had called ahead so they knew it was coming. At 3 that day they called and said unfortunately the fix would take a bit longer then expected but would be done in 7-10 business days. But just to be safe we will say March 20 but no later and provide you with a retail for this time. March 20th came and nothing. Capital called and said unfortunately we are still waiting for the part. Frustrated but said nothing and waited. Another week or 2 went by and got another call Kelsey we have part but it arrived broken so we will reorder that part so the car does still make noise but once part is in we will call you. Confused I said so is my car fixed, well no, well then no I will not return this rental until my car is fixed. Which at time he said ok no problem. Week later another call Kelsey we are unsure as to when the part will arrive so if you could return retail I can assure you your vehicle is safe to drive. Annoyed I said is my car done...well no then I will not return until my car is done...yes but we are unsure as to how long it will take could take 3 days could take 30 days...I said and why is this my issue can you not get a hold of where the part is coming from...and he said well no not exactly. I said again well that isn't my issue...then he mentioned the gmail Canada may need to contact me as to why I am in a rental so long. I shocked at this comment like it should have scared me but didn't said that is fine please feel free to let them call me. April 28 I am still in rental. After the multi point inspection there were a few other concerns, that we were phoned about and talked over what to fix and what to leave. Biggest problem was when vehicle was picked up the park brake was not working, and it was when it went in to the shop. When asked about it they were willing to help by saying they could book it back in another day, it is a 310 km round trip to the shop to bring it back in, wouldn't look at it right away. Vehicle is a standard transmission and a park brake is a good thing to have. Probably won't deal with Capital again unless another factory recall, they have to know that everyone doesn't live in Regina and it is not real easy to just bring vehicle back another day. More

We greatly appreciated the call because being from out of town, we did not have the same inclement weather and would have compromised our safety. This indicates the personal service of the employee and dealership. We initially went to the dealership for service and ended up purchasing a new vehicle! More
Expensive and poor quality parts I own a 2010 Chev Ground FX truck. I bought it with 25,000 kms and it has 40,000 kms on it now. I bought extended warranty. Soon after I got it, th I own a 2010 Chev Ground FX truck. I bought it with 25,000 kms and it has 40,000 kms on it now. I bought extended warranty. Soon after I got it, the backup camera quit. I was quoted something like $1700 to replace the whole thing. I couldn't afford that, so I did some research on my own (simple google search) to find out that they quite often fail at a connection under the silence plate. In a half hour I took off my plate and hard wired the wires and now I have my back up camera again. A couple months ago my molding fell off the truck. Gone. I needed to buy the part and then get it painted and re-installed. No warranty for body parts simply falling off? And oil leaks from everywhere. I just paid $1300 to get an engine oil line, a transmission cooler line and the power steering line fixed. The engine line was under warranty, but none of the rest. Obviously very poor quality parts from factory. On Wednesday, I went to get an oil change from an oil change place (typically I would go to Capital but I'm sick of them) and the oil place suggested I don't get a change because I have oil leaking (it’s interesting that they could have simple changed the oil and charged me, but instead they suggested I take it back to Capital for them to fix...Capital didn't suggest a better alternative for me with the backup camera?). So now I have to go back to Capital again. It’s very tough for me to get my vehicle to them and it is a serious pain to go there every few weeks with a truck that is virtually new. Not impressed. And did I mention I am broke? More
100% completely unsatisfied Well, where do I begin. I have purchased 2 brand new trucks in the last 3 years from Capital; my latest being a 2013 Denali Duramax. It was a complet Well, where do I begin. I have purchased 2 brand new trucks in the last 3 years from Capital; my latest being a 2013 Denali Duramax. It was a complete nightmare dealing with the cheap and crooked people there! For starters, they "accidentally" shorted me $50 on my truck I traded in, which I didn't notice until after I picked up my new truck (they did nothing about it.) Second, they would not even fill my new $70,000 truck with diesel, claiming they wouldn't make any money if they did that! Third, they wanted to put USED floor mats in my brand new truck(seriously!) As far as taking your vehicle in for maintenance; I brought my truck in for a simple oil change. It only took a mere 8 hours to complete it! Apparently my time isn't valuable to them... The latest miserable experience I had was bringing my truck in to get the brakes looked at and have my winter tires put on. I drove my truck into the bay, got out, and went and stood at the service counter for 10 minutes(nobody was in front of me) before anyone had the courtesy to look up from their computer to see if I needed anything. I told them what I needed done, and asked them to put the 2 tires with the most tread on the rear. Pretty simple request. When I picked up my truck the next day, they tried to charge me over $200 to look at my brakes, even though I have extended bumper to bumper warranty. After a victory on my side, I picked up my truck, only to notice that the service "techs" did exactly opposite of what I asked, and there were also no valve stem caps on my tires. After visiting the service manager and getting valve stem caps, I was on my way home. I left the parking lot, only to notice a terrible vibration through my truck. Apparently people don't balance tires anymore... I had to take my truck into a REAL tire shop to get this fixed. All in all, I would rather walk barefoot on broken glass than give Capital another dime! Worst company I have EVER had the misery and misfortune of dealing with!!!! Take my advice, look somewhere else! I have never felt so unappreciated as a customer! More
