Great service once again! Excellent service every step of the way! When I pulled in, I was greated by Todd and decided to stay while my vehicle was being repaired. There was a rough rider fan day going on in the showroom and the time passed so quickly. My children were given balloons and even got autographs from the rough riders. Before we knew it the service manager (Dean) was letting us know that my car was ready to go. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Thanks again for delivering great service Capital! More

Great visit. Came in for an update to my truck. Service was great. Shaun got my truck in for the computer update right away and arranged a ride to work for me. Never met such a friendly knowledged advisor As a consumer and a woman I'm very paranoid about who to trust so I thought I would take my 2016 nissan to capital for just some maintenance items. The first person I seen when I drove in the drive was Nathan dueck this service advisor. He didn't try to sell me what I didn't need but rather pointed out how I can save money my utilizing the multipoint inspection service that capital offers. From start to finish my trust was earned and after dealing with Nathan I will always take my vehicle back to capital gmc service dept. Nathan was very polite and respectful and sensitive to my needs. He's earned my trust and I will never take my vehicle anywhere else. Way to go Nathan. See u soon in my next visit. More

Terrible client service The service centre at Capital is terrible. We returned 4 times to have the rear door latch on our Cadillac SRX repaired and they tried charging us the The service centre at Capital is terrible. We returned 4 times to have the rear door latch on our Cadillac SRX repaired and they tried charging us the diagnostics fee on each visit. As we were in the parking lot after our third visit, and after the service centre had said they fixed the problem, the rear door wouldn't open. After we had to physically demonstrate this to the service centre, they finally replaced the latch - and of course, they wanted to charge the diagnostics fee even though we told them that the latch needed to be replaced. As we were dealing with the rear door latch, the rear defrost began working sporadically. We took it in, explained the problem and they charged a diagnostic fee to confirm what was obvious, that the rear defrost wasn't working. They did not offer any solution other than replacing the entire rear window. On our last visit, we identified that the light output from our headlights wasn't strong and asked for them to be replaced or repaired. This is a known problem on Cadillac SRXs and is a serious safety concern. The service centre said there was nothing wrong, and once again, charged us the diagnostics fee. The problem is obvious, they are simply choosing to ignore it. They didn't clean the plastic, change the bulb or adjust the computer setting - they simply said there is no problem. Given that we chose a Cadillac, we were expecting the same level of service that we receive for our BMW at the Dilawri dealership. This is not the case and so we have decided to replace our vehicle and will not be looking at Capital's inventory. The service centre is not qualified and the sales team failed to inform us that extended warranty meant paying a deductible fee on all warranty work. More
Purchase and Service. I bought my vehicle through Justin and Greg Williams. I think they are an awesome duo. I had taken it in to have front end noise checked out. I have purchasedan extra warranty for my vehicle and was told after about a month when the warranty kicks in they would have my problems resolved. Such was not the case. There was also leather pulled out from the rear headrest that was to be fixed. After taking it in to have the work done I was given a loaner vehicle. Later when called that my vehicle was ready to pick up. After picking up my vehicle I found the noise was still there. When I got home I checked where the leather was pulled out and it was the same. I called back to the service department and complained the noise was caused by dry struts on the front and that it would be expensive to replace and that GM would not warranty them. Maybe I should check with GM? If that is the case why would I buy the extra warranty which I was told was bumper to bumper. I find the noise very annoying and if I knew ahead of time would not have purchased the vehicle. This twice now that I have had poor service with Capital. The first was with Gus who I understand is no longer there, when I purchased my 2003 Grand Prix. If you would be so kind to respond. More

Overall dealership experience Can't say enough about these stand up, outstanding Canadain guys.
