I walked into the doors and was blown away by the amazing customer service that eminated from everyone in the store. as soon as i was set up with my used vehicle, there was nothing more i could do or say tha customer service that eminated from everyone in the store. as soon as i was set up with my used vehicle, there was nothing more i could do or say than to simply tell them "thank you so much". This was a while ago, and i would definitely come to them as soon as i need another vehicle or any repairs/maintainence on my own right now. In today's world of salesmanship, there are many who simply want to sell and not acknowledge that we are individuals and have wants or needs. After purchasing my second vehicle from Capital I thought that their service dept would be "looking out for a good customer." However, I found out that is not the case. I used Capital GM Quick Oil change s that their service dept would be "looking out for a good customer." However, I found out that is not the case. I used Capital GM Quick Oil change service for the last three years. Recently, I went to a stand alone oil change business and found their service far exceeds Capital GM's. (even though I spent alot of money at Capital and not the other place). The customer service level directed towards me at Capital has been severely lacking any sincerety and has made me seriously consider going someplace else, but also to tell everyone I know that the service at Capital is bad and their service employees (including the manager on duty) didn't really care about receiving customer feedback. Too bad Sherry Linton (a great sales person) works at Capital. I was hoping to go back to her to purchase my next vehicle, but I hesitate about buying another vehicle from a business who does not appreciate me as a customer. More

We have dealt with Chad, Brittney and Shawn. When you go in and tell them what you want and the dollar amount you have to work with they make it happen. We have purchased five vehicles from these three and we have nothing but positive experiences. I would highly recommend this dealership and all the staff.
