I purchased this car for my wife for Christmas and only gave Sherri about 2 days notice. Well better than customers more like good friends. The Sales team is very knowledgeable and rather than overwhelm you or try to see you on one specific vehicle they ask questions, inquire about your needs and try to match a vechicle to your identified desires. As customers we often have second thoughts so while shopping around it took me sometime to determine what vehicle I really wanted. They were patient, explained the options of each and allowed me to think on it. They continued to answer questions as I called in to ask. In fact the dealership contacted me electronically so that I could see and review the vehicles on line at my leisure. All to support and allow me the customer to shop at my leisure. Very much appreciated on our part I can tell you. The Sales team of Harvey and Sharon worked well together supporting each other. They covered for one another and passed on information when one was not around so as to work around my schedule and when I could drop by for a test drive or to see a vehicle. All in all the sales team was Phenomenal! This was also proven by the personal intros to the Finance team, the service team and almost to Bruce A the Owner himself. Pretty good if I say so.
