I purchased my 2010 Terrain from Capital and have always taken it back to them for service. I recently needed warranty work done and Colin offered to take my vehicle in for me and brought it home after wor taken it back to them for service. I received great service from the service department as well as they kept us informed of the status as the day went on. I am back on the road in an awesome vehicle and always recommend Capital and Colin when family, friends or co-workers are looking for new or used vehicles. More

I really enjoyed dealing with Capital. It was by far the least pressure sales of any dealership we visited. Gregg listened to what I wanted and found the best vehicle for me on my first visit. He didn't try to pressure me when I said I wanted to go to other dealerships as I didn't want to buy the first car I drove. I went to multiple other dealerships, told them the vehicle specs and price and asked if they could beat it. Nobody could. The finance guy, Matt, was great to deal with too. No pressure on the extended warranty, but did show me the options when I asked. I even had to bring my young nephews along and both Gregg and Matt were very nice to them. Gregg even made sure to fix the tiny little things that bugged me about the car (that really are part of buying a used vehicle) before I took it home. Derek was great throughout all aspects of the buying process. Very friendly and courteous, awesome to deal with. Terry was a great substitute when we came in and Derek was unavailable. I think we got a good price, don't know if we got a great price because I don't know what a dealerships profit margin looks like. We're happy with the purchase though. Only reason they got a "Good" on the quality of work was because of the less than perfect job in the auto spa. It was sent to be detailed before we picked it up, but there are still pop drools down the side of the middle console and the windows are still filmy/streaky. Minor details, but coudn't give it a "Great". More

Upon attending to Capital and being introduced to Warren and subsequently Sherry, they both treated us very warmly and were really interested in what type of vehicle we were looking to purchase. Warren wen and subsequently Sherry, they both treated us very warmly and were really interested in what type of vehicle we were looking to purchase. Warren went out of his way to come in the second day while on his day off to help us find the vehicle that suits our needs. We all appreciate having the day off and he helped us for almost half the day from start to finish. Sherry who was overseeing this, provided excellent advice on the costs and break down of the amount the purchase of the vehicle would be.
