Excellent customer service "you made the difference Navneet" I just went into the dealership to check GMC vehicles and there i met Navneet he took the ownership of the client experience and asked me few question I just went into the dealership to check GMC vehicles and there i met Navneet he took the ownership of the client experience and asked me few questions to get know more about me and based upon that he suggested me the GMC terrain 2015 which was at a deal at that time as well , First point i was not in a mood to buy but Navneet made his happen by showing me the value with numbers and i was shocked the way he handled my questions(honestly Hard cleint) but at that point i knew that today i am going out with this new GMC .I went to different car dealership but the reps were kind of pushy or they don't care but Navneet was awesome and i can say that Capital GMC Should proud of employees like Navneet(he is an asset) Being a manager in XXXXX company i know what customer service is all about but Navneet i want to thank you for helping me and providing great client experince "you made this happen" .I wish you all the best keep up the good work .
