Not only did they suggest that we take the car home overnight to further test drive the vehicle, they handled and completed specific requests we had very well. They were helpful and made everything work for us in the limited time we had. The finance team, on the other hand, was a little bit more deceptive. The original payment for financing provided was over 6 years but when we were finalizing the numbers, they automatically changed it to 7 years to hide additional costs without our consent or providing an explanation. We had to ask multiple questions to ensure we were only paying for what we wanted. The finance team was friendly and enjoyable to work with (other than the misleading information provided). More

It was one of the best decisions I have ever made when purchasing a vehicle. Ton Galowitz, my salesperson was remarkable. Just so helpful. They had no XT5s available but would call me as soon as they arrived. He did call and I returned to Capital for a test drive. I was sold. It is the perfect vehicle. More than I expected and the honestly and information I was given about the vehicle was wonderful. I now have had my Caddie for a month. Greatest vehicle I have ever driven, and Ron? What can I say about him. He spent as much time as I needed to teach me about all of my new options. And options there are. Absolutely a wonderful vehicle. My suggestion? The One We Wanted We went to Capitalville to meet the Rough Riders. We looked at a few vehicles and when all was said and done liked the new 2016 GMC Canyon with AllTe We went to Capitalville to meet the Rough Riders. We looked at a few vehicles and when all was said and done liked the new 2016 GMC Canyon with AllTerrain Package. There were just a couple things that didn't suit us older folks and Capital worked hard to resolve them. They even went so far as to search out another vehicle.
