Really bad service i bought 2018 Yukon Denali XL spent about 94k in december 17, my air conditioner stopped working 2 weeks ago i called for service got appointment week i bought 2018 Yukon Denali XL spent about 94k in december 17, my air conditioner stopped working 2 weeks ago i called for service got appointment week later, now they are telling me it needs a condenser but they dont have it in stock and will take another week to get it. so they want me to drive my vehicle without air condition in this hot weather i asked for loaner but denied. i was also told these vehicle's are on recall for air conditioner condenser, so my point is that if its on recall why dont you stock these parts. and if you can not stock them you should be able to give a loaner at mean time i did not spend 94k to drive with out ac. really bad service and i also want to mention i own a e class Mercedes every time i need stuff done on car they always provide a replacement vehicle this is how it should be . i would never buy another vehicle from capital gmc in regina period.
