Yes and no As I just purchased my Focus less than 2 weeks prior, I went back to have command start installed. While the dealer (Tony Day) gave me one quote at t As I just purchased my Focus less than 2 weeks prior, I went back to have command start installed. While the dealer (Tony Day) gave me one quote at the time of purchase and advised me to contact him directly for further questions under the 30 day guarantee and to book the install, I attempted to reach him finally finding out he no longer worked there. Then the quote was different and my other issues were blown off as "it's a "2005"" and Jeff McDonnell seemed annoyed to speak with me when I arrived (although he asked me to see him first at the install appointment to go over everything). However, the person I spoke with on the phone, Kaitlyn, was extremely helpful. Cynthia at my appinment was friendly and accommodating, when I picked my vehicle up I was treated well, and everything seems to be working well with the install. I do notice that my car is dirty, I just had it freshly washed and detailed, some finished myself, as I am particular, with the tan leather seats it is noticeable with dark prints and smudges on a lot of my interior. After my 3 visits to this dealership, this being my first in the service dept. I will go again, and hope that the majority of the experiences I've had (positive) will balance out the few unpleasant parts of this past one. More

I had an appointment scheduled for 01:00 p.m. the staff informed me that the service should take between two to three hours. At 03:20 p.m. I had already paid my bill and was driving off the lot a very satisfied customer. During the service a repair was noted and completed in addition to the regular service. Everyone I spoke with that day at Capitol Ford were caring, helpful, honest and considerate. I cant say enough about them other than deal with Capitol Ford Lincoln with confidence because they do care about the customer. More
Dissappointment Reluctantly took vehicle back after last visit in which case tire pressure light came on 5 minutes out of Capital's parking lot. Got home and checked Reluctantly took vehicle back after last visit in which case tire pressure light came on 5 minutes out of Capital's parking lot. Got home and checked tire pressure to find three out of four tires were < 25psi. Also noticed one lug was missing because stud was stripped out. One of the other lug nuts on the same rim was a size bigger than the rest, good thing I didnt get a flat. This time we were told two front upper strut mounts needed to be replaced (we were told they were noisy) although we didn't notice any excessive noise until now $1500.00 later. Also feeling a vibration in the floor. Got the vehicle home parked in the garage now finding an oil patch on garage floor. Starting to take this personaly. We were charged $150.00 to replace the stud (which we supplied) although we were told we would be looked after. More
