I recieved a phone call from my new sales representative the day before my oil change and arranged to do a meet and greet as he was taking over my file. As sad as I was to leave the care of Eric Reece, I was happy for his promotion to floor manager. My new sales contact person, Jeff G, was extremely pleasant and I feel as though I have been well looked after during this transition. Mediocre & typical experience. Had a warranty issue that I suspect resulted from not properly torquing wheels at my last appointment. No information given when I asked about the problem. I was booked with a specific person who was gone on his routine lunch break at the appointment start time. No one called to say they had finished the job and they wouldn't tell me how long the vehicle had been finished when I called. Everyone very polite but experience was frustrating and typical. I'm left wondering if my other wheels will have future warranty issues as well. More
