Contacted Ron and within an hour he had gotten back to me as far as pricing and installation. We were very happy with him and quote. Tires were installed at the end of that week. Service with Lonnie was aw as far as pricing and installation. We were very happy with him and quote. Tires were installed at the end of that week. Service with Lonnie was awesome. It did take longer than was expected and no loaner vehicle was available. More

Worst service ever. They are stating that the car will be done in a few days, then next week. It's more then 2 month's now, and I cannot event get them to call me back! Last time, the car was worse then it was and I had to go back after a small drive because it was not fixed! More

I had an issue with my vehicle where it seemed all of the sudden that it had every problem in the book. All sorts of lights and errors came up at once. I immediately took it to Capital Ford to get repaired, sudden that it had every problem in the book. All sorts of lights and errors came up at once. I immediately took it to Capital Ford to get repaired, and I didn't realize what kind of experience I was in for. Throughout the whole repair process, I was kept informed about the status of the fix, potential causes, what they're working on now, a huge wealth of information. Any concerns or questions I had were answered as quick as possible. I even had the head foreman talk to me about my car and the diagnosis process. That is awesome, and that is AMAZING service. I trusted them throughout the whole process and it really paid off. I almost wish my car kept having issues so I can keep going back to service, but in absence of that, I'll write this review :) Ajas, Chris, and everyone else who worked on or even looked at my car, thank you so much for making a difference. I really appreciate you all so much and it means the world to me. More

Capital Ford - Body Shop is the worst service I have received in my entire life. They say many lies. If you have an appointment is because your car has a turn to be evaluated, but it takes days for doin received in my entire life. They say many lies. Another great experience dealing with Capital Ford service department! I dealt with Nicole Reimer in service. She had my truck in the next day, and fixed in time she promised. Nicole kept me informed service department! I dealt with Nicole Reimer in service. She had my truck in the next day, and fixed in time she promised. Nicole kept me informed thru the entire service job which was timing chain on my 3.5 eco boost F-150! When i asked questions about the work if she didn’t know the answer she had the service tech answer my technical questions! Large repair and expensive but Nicole made the entire experience , perfect! I was even pleasantly surprised when i saw my bill. Great job Nicole and the team at Capital Ford Lincoln Winnipeg!!! Complete Satisfied Customer!!! More
