This dealership is a joke. My daughter and son-in-law took their 2013 Ford Flex in on Dec 2022 to have the power steering fixed. $5000 later they take it home and the following My daughter and son-in-law took their 2013 Ford Flex in on Dec 2022 to have the power steering fixed. $5000 later they take it home and the following winter was mild and the first day the weather gets Winnipeg cold the power steering fails again before the 2 year warrantee is up. They do supposedly repair it again under warrantee. A couple of weeks later the weather gets Winnipeg cold again and the power steering fails again. Now they refuse to stand behind their work. They will d no further work without further payment. I say they didn't fix the actual problem in the first place and should return their $5000 that they paid to have it fixed. They have no idea why the steering module is failing and are grasping at straws to deflect the blame for the failure. They never fixed the root cause of the problem because they have NO CLUE. DO NOT take your Ford vehicle ( or any other ) to this dealership for service work. Also, the service department was contacted many times and somehow the supervisor was never around or returned any calls. A personal visit to the dealership was required to get any answers. More

Your phone system, I am leaving a review on your phone system. I needed to contact your parts department and was not able to. every number I tried said "we are currently closed, call back at 9:00am" d system. I work with a fleet of vehicles and have dealt with all your departments many times. This reflects badly on your dealership if we in the fleet industry are unable to reach you. I have to thank my lucky stars that you have one very bright shining star named Jason Padlan, he has been a constant becon of hope and inspiration. he is always: -Cheerful -Happy -does his upmost to address your problem Today was no different, he went above and beyond to help me with my query, when no other avenue was working. I truly hope you reward Jason, he is a very valued and important employee. Jason helped me with my problem and I am getting the information I needed. Thanks so much Jason! Once again they went above and beyond! Booked appointment to complete all recalls. They offer pick up and drop off services. I had expected the car to be in all day. They showed up within the time limits they said they would, not only did the technician Steven Harder complete all the recalls in an amazingly short period of time, they also preformed a multipoint vehicle check, which although I hadn’t expected, I am very grateful for. I noticed they also hosed the outside of the vehicle down. Greatly appreciated! Thank you Capital Ford for the awesome service once again! Definitely doing something right👍👏👏👏❤️ More
I tried so hard to be patient, friendly and maintain a perspective of understanding toward this dealership - it is a workplace where people spend their lives afterall and I respect peoples livelihood's. In fact, when I bought my SUV from them I expected and looked forward to forming a long standing relationship with the people at this dealership. Instead I feel like I have been spit in the face. Respect and kindness get's you nowhere with these guys. I bought my next to new escape in December and gave these guys way too many tries to sort things out and to demonstrate to me adequate customer service. They seemed like they were trying but in the end it was endless troubleshooting and failures. I visited them 8 times and the very real issues with my vehicle are still not resolved. Instead of apologizing or trying harder - they have completely abandoned me and 6 months of failures later, they changed their mind saying "vehicle is operating as expected, nothing to repair". Other than the smiles you get at the front end of their work - I have next to nothing good to say about them. The experience of dealing with them on a level of personability is fine - noone was rude to my face. But beyond that - the xx and customer service is extraordinarily not good. This is not a great dealership. I do not recommend going here. More
This is the second time I have been utterly disgusted with the service department at Capital Ford. My appointment was made a couple weeks ago for a winter tire change-over and The Works maintenance & oi with the service department at Capital Ford. I am unable to get anyone to answer the phone in the service department - on hold 25 minutes and repeated call backs. I don't know when I can get my vehicle back since nobody answers! I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance, and not only did they fail to complete the service properly, but my car was also vandalized under their care. The passenger side window was smashed, and the dealership refused to take responsibility, citing their lack of lot insurance. This lack of accountability and customer care is absolutely appalling. I will never set foot in this dealership again, and I strongly urge others to avoid it at all costs. One star is honestly too generous for this terrible experience. I was a loyal Ford F-150 owner for over 5 years. I took special care of the vehicle, and loved spending time in it. I serviced my truck at Capital Ford for any and all work during that time. My truck was towed one evening to Capital Ford where it sat in the lot overnight until morning. I received a call at 7AM indicating my truck had smashed windows and was vandalized over night. I asked them to repair it however it took 24 hrs for the glass to arrive, so I waited another night. During that night Winnipeg had a rain/hail storm. The next morning I arrived to Capital Ford to pay my bill and get the truck back. When I opened the door I immidiately smelt moisture, after sitting my seat it was evident my truck was left outside over night with no window. I returned to the service desk to ask what happened. I received no answer and no one took responsibility for it. Furthermore the broken glass wasn't vacumumed either. After an employee took my vehcile in the shop to clean the glass I took another truck for a test drive. After getting back from the test drive I returned to my truck and opened the door. Right away I saw my centre consol in the back position with all its contents loose in the back seat. I reached out to the manager Mitch Gallant but received no phone call back. I then tried Ford Canada and they were no help either. The calls always seemed to drop and the person on the phone didn't help at all. After this experience I will never buy another Ford. I have already traded in my truck and purchased a GMC. -Sean More
